When a delegate books a course, they receive an ‘Add to your calendar’ link in their booking confirmation. This link allows them to add the pre-filled course date and time to their preferred calendar, whether it’s Outlook, Outlook Online, Apple Calendar, or Google Calendar. Automated emails, such as ‘booking confirmed,’ ‘reminder of your booking,’ and ‘custom email to delegates,’ also include this link, ensuring that delegates are always aware of their upcoming training sessions.
