NEW – MAJOR RELEASE FOR CANCELLATION SYSTEM

Look out for an exciting new feature developed for our Cancellation System within our LMS.  From the 29th January, administration of cancellations will be made easier with the option to cancel and transfer delegates en-masse.  Not only will this save time but will also deliver a more efficient service to your delegates.

Features:

  • New options available when editing ‘Booking a course’ including easy navigation to edit an occurrence to amend places.
  • Option to cancel an occurrence of an event, including ability to email delegates and to keep the occurrence on the site if needed.
  • Multiple transfer of delegates (if the occurrence has been cancelled or not).
  • Ability to send specific emails to delegates – either cherry-pick the ones to send to or auto pick specific groups e.g. all that have attended.
