Audits: Did you know you can save your answers as you go along?

Date: Wednesday, 14th Apr 2021 | Category: Audits

If you are wondering if you can save your answers in our Audit System as you go along, the simple answer is yes. All respondents can stop and start their submission at any time, by regularly saving their responses.

And here’s how, and why, you should do this.

How do we do this?

To save the question, click the yellow ‘Save Response’ button on the top right-hand corner of the page. This allows you to save the question, wherever you are in completing it, and come back to it later.

However, to track your progress, once the question is complete, you must confirm completion by ticking the green box at the bottom of the question and then clicking the ‘Save Response’ button.

Why should we do this?

We recommend regular saving to ensure that responses are kept up-to-date, and to prevent any loss of work and/or answers.

To support this, a pop-up reminder appears after 15 minutes to encouraging the respondent to save their progress.

Can we see the progress being made?

As a respondent’s progress is also tracked, you are able to see the progress they are making with their audit as a percentage of completion.
