Welcome to our new Account Executive Katy Panter

Date: Wednesday, 28th April 2021

We’re delighted to welcome Katy Panter to the Phew KatyPanter-1team as our new Account Executive. Katy started her new role at the beginning of April and will be a key contact for you here at Phew.

Katy will be working with our clients to answer any questions you have and to make sure you get all the information you need, when you need it.

So, with that in mind, we thought we’d take a moment to ask Katy a few questions and find out a bit more about her.

What is your role at Phew?

As Account Executive, my role at Phew is to be an ever-present contact for our clientsThis includes getting relevant information to our clients and supporting our team with coordinating projects.

How will this help/benefit Phew clients?

I will be supporting our clients by confirming the Phew process every step of the way and acutely listening to any questions or feedback you have.  I am looking forward to becoming a familiar face for our clients over the coming months.

What were you doing before you joined the Phew team?

Working with clients has been an integral part of my career to date. Before joining Phew, I worked as a professional external auditor for over three years, performing statutory financial audits on listed companies.

My role involved daily collaboration with clients and continuous improvement of their audit processes

Why did you decide to make a change?

Phew presented me with the opportunity to work within a new sector, but continue to explore my love of analytics and reporting. Coming from an audit background, being introduced to Phew’s Audit System was hugely exciting for me too.

Not to mention the way Phew approach reporting in  their systems.

What are you looking forward to about working at Phew?

I'm really looking forward to learning from a proud and passionate team, and bringing my own experiences within finance and compliance into the mix. I'm also looking forward to meeting and working with our clients.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my spare time, I am normally either reading a book or writing. More recently this has involved designing my own poetry anthology.
