Key responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who has "the right stuff". They must have fantastic communication and organisation skills, with a flair for innovation, and demonstrate a hands-on approach. This role is ideal for someone who is goal orientated and believes in rewarding performance. The ideal candidate is success-driven, likes a fast-paced environment, and works well in a diverse team. A primary focus of this role is to identify and develop opportunities in health and public sectors within our niche verticals for our SaaS products.

  • Identifying key decision makers across our target clients and uncover the compelling events that will drive qualified opportunities.
  • Drive the sale from initial contact to close using a multitude of technologies from your desk.
  • Develop proficiency and knowledge of products.
  • Clearly communicate appropriate solutions to address customer needs.
  • Deliver product demonstration meetings.
  • Schedule calls and meetings with prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to produce sales qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual opportunity creation targets.
  • Actively involved in tender’s opportunities.
  • Produce client proposals.
  • Support marketing efforts and contribute to business planning.
  • Experience of a result based internal sales role, preferable within SaaS.
  • Ability to conduct effective needs analysis meetings with customers and prospects.

Essential skills:

  • Experience of building, growing and monitoring pipelines.
  • Provide up-to-date forecasting and present pipeline.
  • Have a data driven mindset - ability to focus on the science and data.
  • Experience developing objection handling techniques.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with the tendering process.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with combined outbound and inbound strategy.
  • Experience in Digital Agency and or SaaS sales.
  • Experience in SME and Public sector.
  • Experience of CRM systems (Hubspot).
  • Experience with Asana.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience of working with ISO 9001:2015 & 27001.
