The successful candidate will have a passion for systems development and achieving quality results using clean code and will be interested in full-stack development.

Experience with NodeJS and PHP is essential, with experience working in a modern framework (e.g. Laravel). Experience of MySQL and Cloud technologies will also be a great advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing in PHP
  • Developing API’s and API Integrations
  • Ideally experienced with HL7
  • Attend client meetings to discuss requirements, contribute recommendations, demonstrate functionality and prototypes and review project progress
  • Determine and recommend appropriate software architectures and other technical solutions, including new technologies, discussion with clients as appropriate
  • Work with colleagues implement graphic designs for websites and other digital solutions
  • Implement industry standard best practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated deployments, and infrastructure as code
  • Collaborate with the already existing agile scrum team to design and implement full stack technical solutions
  • Out of hours critical support cover (on rota with team)
  • Provide client technical support and training when required

Essential skills:

  • Working In Digital Agency or SaaS environment
  • Advance level programming skills using PHP, JSript within modern framework (e.g. Laravel
  • Experience of working with ISO 9001:2015 & 27001
  • Extensive office 365 email / internet
  • Experience of CRM systems
  • Experience of GIT Hub
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs.
  • The ability to write comprehensive technical documentation.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with HL7
  • Experience with Asana
  • Experience of Support ticketing system (Fresh Desk)
  • Experience with UX
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience maintaining Infrastructure needs: Servers / Email relay / Log Management
