Date for the diary – National Safeguarding Adults Week 2019

Date: Wednesday, 11th Sep 2019 | Category: General

For the 2019 National Safeguarding Adults Week, The Ann Craft Trust is collaborating with The SAB Manager Network and The University of Nottingham. Their aim is to create a time where everyone can focus on safeguarding adults – to be better, together.

Each day will be focused on a different safeguarding adults at risk issue and they will be releasing new resources and information about each issue in the build up to the week.

The Ann Craft Trust (ACT) is a national charity which exists to minimise the risk of abuse of disabled children and adults at risk. Through pioneering training, practice reviews and contributing to world-leading research, they support organisations to safeguard disabled children and adults at risk and minimise the risk of harm.

When is it?

From Monday, 18th November until Sunday, 24th November, 2019.
