Not only will this save time but will also deliver a more efficient service to your delegates.
- New options available when editing ‘Booking a course’ including easy navigation to edit an occurrence to amend places.
- Option to cancel an occurrence of an event, including ability to email delegates and to keep the occurrence on the site if needed.
- Multiple transfer of delegates (if the occurrence has been cancelled or not).
- Ability to send specific emails to delegates – either cherry-pick the ones to send to or auto pick specific groups e.g. all that have attended.
