I just wanted to take some time to talk to you about our new international Information Security Management certificate – the ISO 27001
Data security is everything at Phew. Our information security protocols have always been second to none, so our clients know their data is in safe hands.
And we know information security is extremely important for everyone, but it is even more so when working with the public and health sectors, as we often do.
That is why we have gone that one step further, and this year have been awarded an international standard for information security management, called the ISO 27001.
Our security standards have met this standard for a number of years, but now we have the paperwork to match the protocol. And this ISO Certificate shows that, internationally, we meet the highest level of data security. No mean feat, I can assure you!
We already have the ISO 9001 under our belts, which demonstrates that business management also meets international standards – well run, successful and astute, all part of our culture here anyway.
Now we have the two ISO certificates, they are combined to create our integrated management system. On top of that, the ISO 27001 certificate will help create a simplified procurement process for our clients. A win, win situation.
So, well done to the team for making this happen, and especially to our Operations Manager Kirsty Hepburn, who worked hard on this.
Keep up the good work,
