Our ‘incredibly simple’ and ‘time-saving’ LMS leads to training more professionals than ever before
Our Learning Management System (LMS) has been a lifeline for many of our clients during the pandemic.
The easy-to-use system has meant they can continue to provide vital training to public sector, safeguarding and health professionals in the safety of their own homes.
And one of our clients – Samantha Smith, Learning and Improvement Coordinator for Hampshire Safeguarding Children Partnership – went one step further and explained how our LMS has enabled her team to train more professionals than ever before.
Samantha explains: “When we first went into lockdown, we knew that we still needed to provide safeguarding training to our professionals, but that we needed to do it differently.
“We made the decision to develop virtual, bite-sized webinars on a variety of subjects. Throughout 2020/21 this developed and grew in size, enabling us to train more professionals than we have previously.
“Our 2021/22 calendar currently has 145 sessions (and growing), which will enable us to train 29,000 professionals. This would not have been possible without the Phew LMS system. It makes it incredibly simple to automate and manage the process of booking and evaluating courses, especially with such high numbers, and saves us a significant amount of time.”
