Would you like to join our client products panels?
We would like your help to shape how we develop and improve our systems. In the coming months, we are launching our new product-specific Client Panels, where we will be working together with you to drive our solutions forward.
This is your chance to help us make our solutions even better, even smoother and even more in-line with yours, and your stakeholders, needs.
Interested? Below we have answered a few simple questions on the new Client Panels to get you started.
What are the client panels?
Each Phew product will have its own client panel. So, there will be a Learning Management System (LMS) Panel, an Audit System Panel and a Discharge Management App Panel.
The panels will be a small group of people from different organisations, who will meet quarterly with the Phew team to discuss that particular system.
It will be a chance to look at what updates and changes you would like to see going forwards, and to discuss anything you think could be improved.
How often, and how, will they take place?
The panels will meet quarterly. The meetings will be held virtually via teams, so no travel will be required.
What will I have to bring?
You just have to bring yourself and any thoughts you have on the particular system we will be discussing.
What will be the structure of the panel meetings?
This is yet to be confirmed. But rest assured, it will be a pretty informal meeting, where everyone will get to have their say. We are also looking at holding a focus session during each panel meeting, when one of our clients will be invited to talk about something they’ve done relating to the specific system for 5-10 minutes.
Who will be attending from the Phew team?
It will normally be Matthew Burgess, Phew Managing Director, and Remi Idowu, Phew Product Specialist. This may change from time to time, if circumstances require it.
Can I be in more than one product panel?
Absolutely. We’d love to hear your thoughts on any of our Phew systems you use.
