Welcome to our new Product Specialist, Jack Ellis
We’re delighted to welcome Jack Ellis to the team who recently joined as our new Product Specialist.
Jack will be providing first and second line support for all tickets raised, taking the lead for the delivery of training to our clients, and keeping the support resources up-to-date.
So, with that in mind, we thought we’d take a moment to ask Jack a few questions and find out a bit more about him.
What were you doing before you joined the Phew team?
Before Phew, I was working for a global financial services company as part of the Learning & Development and Client Services teams. I started there as a Contact Centre Agent and worked my way up into the L&D team, before combining my role with the Client Services team.
Why did you decide to make a change?
I’d been where I was for nearly six years, and I wanted a fresh challenge. This role offers me the chance to combine my two previous roles, so I jumped at the chance! Matthew and Amanda were both so passionate and spoke so highly of the company, it was a no-brainer to make the jump.
What are you looking forward to about working at Phew?
The challenge of working in a brand-new industry with brand-new systems and clients that I haven’t worked with before.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I have a one year old son, Milo, who takes up most of my time outside of work. Aside from that, I’m a big Manchester United fan, and spend a lot of my time watching, listening and reading about football!
