We are delighted to share that we received an excellent rating of 6.7 out of 7 (96%) in support ticket satisfaction during April and May!
As a business committed to delivering first-class customer service, we send out a survey to clients once their support ticket has been resolved asking them to rate how easy Phew made it to handle their issue. They can then submit their score which ranges from 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree), plus add any additional comments.
Achieving this score has given us a great sense of pride in knowing how fantastic the team are and that they are all aligned in providing clients with the best experience and value possible.
