Welcome to our new Client Success Executive, Ligia
We’re delighted to welcome Ligia Melhado to the team who recently joined as our new Client Success Executive.
Ligia will play a key role in Phew’s growth by introducing our fantastic products to a wider audience. She will also be identifying the challenges within the sectors we work in so we can continue to place our clients’ needs at the forefront of all decision making.
So, with that in mind, we thought we’d take a moment to ask Ligia a few questions and find out a bit more about her.
What were you doing before you joined the Phew team?
In my last job, I coordinated operations for an online grocery delivery platform. I was living in Australia when I decided to move to the UK for a new challenge.
Why did you decide to make a change?
It’s very important to me to contribute to a company’s growth. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a company succeed and I could see that Phew offered the ideal opportunity for this.
What are you looking forward to about working at Phew?
It is my goal to bring great results for the company at the same time as I develop personally and professionally.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
There’s nothing I enjoy more than travelling, exploring new cultures, and searching for places where I can swim with whales!
