New Phew Audit System update: The ability to edit an audit due date
As an Audit System administrator, you may find that due to a number of reasons, the need arises to change the completion due date on an audit. We’re pleased to advise that following a recent update to the system, you now have the ability to do this for both individual and all responding organisations.
Here is a step-by-step guide explaining how to do this:
Log in to the audit system as an admin.
From the admin menu select Audits.
On the audit you would like to amend the due date for, click the Assign icon:
You should be presented with a list of all organisations that have been assigned this audit with the due date.
Click the edit icon next to the organisation you wish to amend.
Enter the new due date and click “Edit Organisation”.
You also have the ability to mass-update the due dates for all responding organisations:
Select the new due date and click Update, and all due dates will be updated.
