Just launched! New updates and reports in the Phew Audit System
We’ve really pleased to share that the team have recently rolled out a number of fantastic new updates to the Phew Audit System which makes reporting more efficient and user-friendly.
Firstly, you can now access reports directly from the main Audits page when you log in to the admin area of the system, making it easier to get to the report you need, as soon as you need it, as shown below within the red box:
These are available for all live and historic audits on your system. Clicking the Reports button will drop you into the Audit Status Report, and from there you are able to access all other reports associated with that audit:
Moreover, it’s now possible to access all reports from any report page, which will save time by not needing to navigate between different areas, providing a better user experience.
The Overview Report has been renamed to the Audit Status Report, which better reflects the information presented in the report. The Audit Status Report is the first report you will see when you access the auditing report via the main menu, and it displays up-to-date information regarding competition percentages:
The Ratings Overview Report has been updated to include a Section Averages section with total scores, making it easier to see how each section of the audit is performing. Pie charts have been added to display data for every question in the report, allowing for easier visualization of the data. Additionally, an extra column showing RAG ratings overview has been removed from the Ratings Overview Report, making the report more concise and easier to read:
The Response Overview Report has been created to provide data for ‘Yes/No’ or ‘Yes/Work Required/No’ questions. It captures the options all in one place, which is broken down into a pie chart and shown as percentages:
Finally, the Login Tracking Report,, which was previously accessible from the Reports page, can now be found in the left-hand menu of the admin area. This report allows you to see who has logged in to the Audit System across all of the organisations. It details who each respondent is, whether they are they an audit leader, and the date and time stamp of their last login:
