Phew celebrates ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 certifications
We are thrilled to announce a significant achievement for Phew – we have once again demonstrated our commitment to producing high-quality products and and protecting sensitive information by successfully retaining our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications!
Whilst we’ve been certified to ISO 9001 since 2012 and ISO 27001 since 2020, they’ve always operated as separate standards. This time, we chose to amalgamate them into a single Integrated Management System to create efficiency, improve awareness and further improve the quality and security of the work we produce.
ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems. This certification validates our dedication to meeting customer needs and continuously improving our services. Through rigorous audits, we demonstrated our customer-centric approach and adherence to high-quality standards.
ISO 27001 is the gold standard for Information Security Management Systems. Protecting our client’s data is a top priority and this certification highlights our robust security controls, risk management practices, and stringent data protection measures.
With these certifications, our clients can rest assured that Phew remains steadfast in delivering exceptional services while prioritising data security and privacy. They are also a reflection of our dedication to continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence in every aspect of our operations.
