New enhancements to the Audit System
At Phew, our commitment lies in continuously improving our products to meet the needs of our valuable clients. By carefully listening to your feedback, we are excited to introduce some upgrades to the Audit System. These enhancements aim to streamline the audit management, boost efficiency, and create a more user-friendly experience.
Ability for respondents to complete audits on behalf of multiple organisations
We understand that some of your respondents belong to multiple organisations and need to complete more than one audit, for example Designated Safeguarding Leads at multiple settings. We’ve addressed this by allowing respondents to belong to, and complete audits for multiple organisations. Please see image below which shows where more than one organisation can be added to a respondent.
Respondents who have access to more than one audit will see the below screen when choosing which one to complete.
Comprehensive Respondents list
Our updated Respondents list now offers a view of all individual respondents and the organisation(s) they belong to. This enhancement allows administrators to quickly and easily see who is involved in each audit, facilitating better organisation and management. The image below displays the newly updated respondents list.
Introducing search functionality
We’ve added a search function to both the Organisations and Respondents lists so you can quickly search for a specific name or organisation and view the results in a list format. This new search function simplifies the process of finding specific records, allowing you to locate the information you need in moments. Please see images below of the new search function.
