Our Learning Management System (LMS) pricing is tailored to your requirements so you choose what works for your organisation

Thank you for your interest in the Phew LMS.

There is an initial set-up fee of £3,700 which includes online training for staff and this is payable just once.

Your license fee is paid annually based on the predicted number of bookings made on the system. Any unused booking licenses can be carried over into the following year. Please note that if a delegate books onto an event using the LMS and later cancels their place, then one license will still be used.

The eLearning module can be added at an additional cost with a one-off set-up fee of £2,400. The license booking rate differs from the Learning Management System.

Payment Collection (integration to Sage Pay or WorldPay) is not included within the package options so if you require this then a fee of £1,650 will apply.
