How to deliver multi-agency training Phew's Learning Management System
Date: Monday, 16th May 2022 | Category: Learning Management System
We've had a number of requests recently asking whether it’s possible to deliver multi-agency training through our Learning Management System (LMS).
The simple answer is yes.
The longer answer is, if you would like to deliver your course to different delegates from a variety of agencies, you can do the following:
- When creating the course, you can restrict organisation type places. This means that if you have nine places, you can assign three to one organisation type, three to another and three to a third organisation type. That way, you can make sure there is an even split across multi-organisation types.
- You can create an intuitive waiting list. Meaning that only delegates from organisations types with places available would be notified of the course.
- Finally, if all the places from a particular organisation aren’t filled, as an administrator you can internally override the settings in order to fill the course with delegates from a different organisation types.
