Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our aim, if we can’t respond or answer your question immediately, is to respond within four working hours. The more detail you can give us, especially if you email, then the quicker we can help.
We also provide online Knowledge Bases for each of our products. These are self-service portals which are continuously being updated with a useful source of answers, how-to guides and user manuals. You can find them in the new tool bar within the product admin, so you can quickly obtain guidance using your Phew system, whenever you need it.
