We wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that completed our recent customer survey which gives us invaluable insights into what we are doing well and what we could do better. We are delighted with an average score of 9 out of 10 for the Net Promotor Score® (NPS) question; which is considered world-class! While pleased with the initial response, rest assured we will continue tracking how effectively we are implementing our core values and commitment to your customer experience.
We have already shared some of these insights on our website and we have also drawn the free prize draw winners who are Southport & Ormskirk NHS and Hounslow Safeguarding Children Board. We will be donating £100 to each of their chosen charities.
